- Once you have enter your meditation details the timer starts, it's over to us so sit back and relax,

- We will send you a PDF that has your video link which will be on: your-videos.zenmounta.in
- Step 5:
- Send the PDF to your loved one
You will receive an email with a PDF attachment containing the link to the video page on your-videos.zenmounta.in. This can be sent to the person you have made the meditation for.
The meditation video is hosted on YouTube as an unlisted video. This means it isn't visible unless you have the direct link. Then it is embedded in your own page on our website.
The personalised meditation is created by the Zen Mountain team, especially for you. No two videos are the same, and we do not use templates.
Yes. The video will be available for download for 28 days on your video page.
